The full chain of an automated browsing run

Updated
An automated run includes saving configuration, starting the background engine, opening the target site and performing page actions. Failure at any stage can look like nothing happened.
Confirm the plan was saved, observe its state after starting, verify the selected regional site opened and manually check login and content visibility. Then inspect logs for actions or errors. A button click alone does not establish completion.
Resolve connectivity or website-layout issues before repeatedly starting. A database reset deletes workflows and records and should not be the default first troubleshooting step.
Check each link in the chain
| Stage | Evidence | Investigation |
|---|---|---|
| Save | Reopen the same settings | Unsaved changes or wrong plan |
| Start | Correct plan changes state | Existing run or duplicate copy |
| Open | Correct region and link | Network, login or missing page |
| Act | Website and log agree | Switches, conditions, entitlement |
| Stop | State and run record | Unfinished is not completed |
Repair the failing stage
If no page opens, manually test the link before changing AI style. If the page works but commenting is disabled, inspect configuration/access before reinstalling the browser. Preserve redacted errors for support to separate environmental problems from product defects.
Product reference
Product steps were checked against extension 3.5.3. See the related guide for instructions and pricing for access. Report behavior that differs through feedback, including the version and a redacted error.
