Capture a reproducible example

Record extension/browser versions, region, workflow type, failure time and a redacted error. Stop the current workflow before changing one setting at a time. Never send cookies, passwords, complete sessions or other people's sensitive data.

Extension missing or failing to start

Open chrome://extensions/ and check enablement and load errors. Extract manual packages and select the directory containing manifest.json. Reload after updating, then refresh the target website. Multiple installed versions can interfere with each other.

Login or Pro mismatch

Check your Redaily and Xiaohongshu/Rednote sessions separately. Confirm the Redaily account matches the purchase account, then refresh or sign in again. A canceled subscription can remain active through its paid period. Give support an order identifier if needed, not card details.

Page failures or empty search

Open the same regional site manually in the same browser. If that also fails, investigate connectivity or the website first. Check region, keywords, filter version and visible controls. If the page opens but nothing happens, inspect switches, access, probabilities, filters and already-processed records.

AI generation or posting failure

Distinguish generation, input insertion and sending. AI needs connectivity and Pro access; inspect timeout, authorization or model errors. The candidate helper fills the input for you to send, whereas workflows act according to saved settings. Repeated retries do not resolve platform account restrictions.

Schedules and exports

Schedules depend on local Chrome; sleep, shutdown and expired sessions affect execution. Find exports in download history and inspect CSV/JSON completeness. Do not reset the database to troubleshoot a download: resetting deletes local records.
