Include in a report

  • Extension and Chrome versions.
  • Xiaohongshu/Rednote region and Explore, Comment or Profile workflow type.
  • Reproduction steps, expected and actual outcomes, and time of failure.
  • Redacted errors or screenshots; an order identifier for billing issues if needed.

Do not send passwords, cookies, complete sessions, card details or unrelated third-party data. For deletion requests, specify accounts, local records, exports or published content; these require separate handling.
