You control content, target selection, configuration and review; you do not directly control distribution. Two separate records make this clearer.
One tracks publishing, edits, workflow settings, human review and errors. The other tracks readership, incoming engagement and follower changes shown by the platform. Label sources and time windows; extension follows are outgoing actions, not followers gained.
Resolve missing records and definition changes before discussing possible causes. Without a comparison, describe concurrent changes rather than claiming a dependable ranking formula.
Ask one causal question at a time
Why no comments were sent calls for switches, matches, entitlement and AI errors. Why one post has low readership calls for platform status, content and observation time. Separate them instead of explaining every result through workflow settings.
Define each recorded value
Include time, source, meaning and scope. Separate outgoing from incoming follows, browsed posts from received views, and collected profiles from voluntary contact. Mark absent fields unavailable rather than zero.
Align the profile with the content and revise posts using feedback. Record concrete edits without treating subsequent changes as proof of improved ranking.
Check whether the name, avatar and description communicate the same content direction. This historical example illustrates the layout; its follower and like counts do not establish an operating method’s effectiveness.
