Users and groups
Manage collected public profiles and verify exports
On this page
Source and access
The list contains public profile information collected by workflows. Collection requires Pro. These are not purchased leads or people who opted into your messages. Keep only information you need and avoid public resale or unsolicited bulk contact.
Steps
- Create or select a user group.
- Enable collection in a supported Explore/Comment workflow, then set filters and the destination group.
- After execution, open Users and check identifiers, profile links and group membership.
- To research selected authors, use their profiles in a Profile workflow.
- Use the list's export control for CSV/JSON. Open the downloaded file and check columns, row counts and text encoding. Browser download settings affect where it is saved.
Results and cleanup
A user can appear in multiple groups. Counts do not represent unique customers or consent to marketing. Profile information may become outdated; reopen a profile before relying on it.
Deleting local records or resetting the database does not delete exported files, platform profiles or previously published content. See Data and permissions for separate deletion scopes.
Missing records or downloads
Check the collection switch, Pro access, restrictive filters and destination group. If an export seems unresponsive, inspect Chrome's download history before reporting a redacted screenshot and browser version.
