Introduction
REDnote User Management is the user data management feature of REDnote Account Nurturing Tool. It can collect user information during comment section growth, manage them in groups, and provide data support for subsequent precise marketing and interaction.

User Information Fields
System collects and saves the following user information:
Basic Information
- User ID: REDnote user unique identifier
- REDnote ID: User's RED ID
- Nickname: User display name
- Avatar: User avatar URL
Personal Profile
- Gender: Male/Female/Unknown
- Age: User age (if public)
- Bio: User personal introduction
- IP Location: Displayed geographic location
Account Data
- Following: Number of people the user follows
- Followers: Number of followers
- Likes & Collections: Total interactions on user's works
- User Tags: Such as "Fitness Blogger", "Beauty Expert", etc.
Source Information
- Source Post: Which post collected from
- Comment Content: User's posted comment
- Comment Time: Comment publish time
- Profile URL: User profile page link
Tutorial
Step 1: Enable Collection in Comment Section Growth
- Create or edit Comment Section Growth plan
- Enable collection function in collection settings:
□ Enable Collection Function
Select Collection Group:
○ Default Group
○ Potential Customers
○ Active Users
○ [Other custom groups]
- Set collection filter conditions (optional)
- Auto-collect qualified users during growth task execution
Step 2: View Collected Users
- Click "REDnote Users" in left menu
- View statistics:
- Total users
- User group count
- Ungrouped users
Step 3: Manage User Groups
Create User Group
- Click "Create User Group" button
- Enter group name and description:
Name: [Input box: e.g., Potential Customers]
Description (Optional): [Input box: Describe this user group's purpose]
[Cancel] [Create]
View User Groups
User group list displays:
- All Users: View all collected users
- Ungrouped Users: Users not assigned to any group
- Custom Groups: Groups you created
Click group name to view users in that group.
Edit/Delete User Groups
- Click edit button to modify group name and description
- Click delete button to remove user group (users move to ungrouped)
Step 4: Manage Users
View User Details
User list shows:
- Basic user info (avatar, nickname, RED ID)
- Account data (followers, following, likes)
- Assigned group
- Collection time
- Action options
Move User to Other Group
- Click user action menu
- Select "Move to"
- Select target user group
- Confirm move
Delete User
- Click user action menu
- Select "Delete"
- Confirm deletion
Step 5: Use in Profile Page Growth
In Profile Page Growth feature, you can import profile links from collected users:
- Create or edit Profile Page Growth plan
- Click "Import from Collection" in user profile settings
- Select user group or search specific users
- Batch import user profile links
