Scheduled tasks
Start local browser workflows on selected days or dates
On this page
Requirements
Scheduling requires Pro. Run the same workflow manually first to verify the page, login and filters. Tasks use Chrome alarms on your computer; a closed browser, shutdown, sleep or lost connection can prevent timely completion. This is not a phone-controlled or cloud-hosted runner.
Set a schedule
- Open a saved workflow and enable its schedule.
- Select weekdays and times, or add a specific date and time.
- Verify your computer's local clock and time zone, then save. Recheck after travel or daylight-saving changes.
- Confirm the workflow and trigger in the schedule list. Test at a time you can observe.
- Keep Chrome and the target account available. Avoid overlapping workflows that interfere with each other.
Expected result
The extension starts the workflow when its alarm fires. Check the execution result in analytics. A trigger does not guarantee every action succeeds: page changes, unmatched filters and expired sessions can still stop progress. Configure duration-based stopping separately; a start time is not an end time.
If it did not run
Check that the saved schedule is enabled, access is active, the date is in the future, the computer stayed awake and no workflow conflict occurred. After recovery, inspect the log before manually repeating a task. Do not rely on automatic catch-up, a fixed three-retry policy or second-accurate timing.
