Install, sign in and verify your first workflow

Before you start

Redaily is a desktop Chrome extension. Keep Chrome running, maintain an internet connection, and sign in separately to Redaily and the target Xiaohongshu or Rednote website. Workflows do not run in a cloud service after your computer shuts down, and do not guarantee reach, followers or account safety.

Install the extension

  1. Choose the Chrome Web Store or downloadable package from the installation entry.
  2. Check the product name and publisher before accepting the permission prompt.
  3. The website’s backup download is a CRX file. Prefer the store installation. For a CRX, open chrome://extensions/, enable Developer mode, drag the file onto the page and follow Chrome’s confirmation prompts. If Chrome refuses it, use the store or contact support; do not rename a CRX to ZIP. Only use Load unpacked when you already have an extracted ZIP source package or developer directory containing manifest.json.
  4. Pin the extension and check its version in Chrome. When updating a manual installation, retain the same directory and browser profile, then reload the extension.

Verify your first workflow

  1. Sign in to your Redaily account and open the extension settings. Reopen the extension if its session has not refreshed.
  2. Choose the region matching your account and confirm you can browse that website manually.
  3. Create an Explore workflow with a recognizable name.
  4. Initially leave outward interactions such as comments disabled. Verify opening, browsing and stopping first; add one specific search keyword when needed.
  5. Save, start manually, keep the task tab visible and observe execution. Stop the test yourself.
  6. Open Data analytics and check the execution record. Browsed posts are other people's posts visited by the extension, not impressions received by your content.
