Choose and maintain your first browsing workflow

Your first workflow should be simple enough to explain its input, actions and stopping conditions. Add complexity for a real need, not to enable every feature.

Choose one topic or profile entry, name the plan clearly and disable unnecessary outward interactions. Run manually and inspect logs. Add keywords, filters or paid features only after that path works.

Record why and when settings change and disable obsolete schedule triggers. After a website update, return to a simple configuration for diagnosis rather than adding more actions.

Make the first plan maintainable

Record target/keyword sources, filter rationale and the result you intend to inspect. Verify browsing and stopping before adding comments, collection or schedules. Each new capability needs input/output checks, not merely an enabled switch.

Decide how to maintain it

For errors, check recent settings or website changes. For irrelevant output, refine scope. When you cannot review results, disable triggers. Old templates and links can lose context and should not be reused indefinitely.
