Review comment interactions without inventing ranking scores

Updated

Sent comments, incoming replies and business contact are different stages. Counts at one stage do not establish outcomes at the next.

Check whether logged sends correspond to actual website content, then manually assess relevance and genuine responses. Record later voluntary contact by its known source rather than crediting every new follower to a workflow.

When comparing approaches, preserve target posts, filters and wording changes. Without a sufficient comparison, report observed differences rather than claiming frequency determines ranking or a fixed conversion rate.

Build a metric chain without shortcuts

Send a reply, confirm it on the website, observe genuine responses, and record a later contact's source if known. The chain can stop at any stage; one completed step does not imply the next.

A review example

If a reply is logged but absent on the platform, check publication first. If it exists without a response, record that observation. If an inquiry arrives from an unknown source, do not force attribution to the workflow.

For a self-calculated ratio, define numerator, denominator and observation window. The extension does not measure internal ranking or automatically provide profile conversion, sales or account-health scores. Public examples need original evidence and other influencing factors, not only favorable numbers.

Product reference

Product steps were checked against extension 3.5.3. See the related guide for instructions and pricing for access. Report behavior that differs through feedback, including the version and a redacted error.
